An orginal British Army Microphone Hand No. 3.A which dates from the Second World War.

This pattern of microphone was used in conjunction with various radio sets set as the WS. 18 set. It is made from bakelite which has a wartime pattern cloth covered wire protruding from the bottom which has the correct pattern of jack fitted to the end. On the opposite end is a circular mouth piece and on the side a button which is marked 'PRESS'.

A nice original wartime example which is in good condition.
